Jesus is the head of the Church, leading people to a repaired relationship with the Father. Each person who engages into this relationship is given gifts to carry our ministry. Trinity Baptist Church organizes itself to assist believers in growing in relationship with Jesus and living out that relationship in their world.
How we’re organized to carry out our mission
● Pastors who lead, equip, and set direction for ministry
● Deacons who facilitate ministry
● Ministry leaders and teams to lead ministry
● Nearly 300 ministers to do the ministry
How we make decisions
Biblical church government consists of pastoral leadership with congregational assent. At Trinity, the Senior Pastor provides the overall leadership of the church. The Deacon Board assists the pastors in leading, and does much of the “big-picture” decision-making. Larger issues are voted on by church members in congregational meetings.
